Updated as of (3/23/20): With the rapidly evolving coronavirus COVID-19 situation Extra Storage is continuing to monitor developments and is following guidance from the the CDC, The State of California, local municipalities and public health authorities.
At this time our offices are staffed but you will find the door is locked during normal office hours. If you would like to rent a space please call the office so we can complete a majority of the paperwork before you arrive at the site. Payments can be made online. https://www.extrastorage-ca.com/locations#/locations While on site, we will be utilizing social distancing protocols. You may use your cell phone to call the number posted on the door or if you see someone in the office they may be able to communicate with you from behind the door. We will make every effort to assist you but must insist that our employees respect the social distancing protocols and avoid any direct contact with customers.
At this time we are asking customers to stop commercial deliveries to our locations. You may experience significant delays in receiving your package, and we may not be able to accept deliveries in the future.
We have provided guidance to our team members on hand washing protocols, the importance of staying home if they are ill, and enhance cleaning of high touch areas at our properties to reduce the risk of transmission.
We will make every effort to keep our properties operating as usual, to the extent possible while safeguarding the health and well-being of our employees and customers, as we comply with the directives of national, state and local authorities.
