Extra Storage is a well-established company looking for upbeat, energetic professionals with strong management experience and excellent work ethic. Site Managers are expected to drive profitable sales, maintain strong customer rapport, and work closely with our main office to achieve extraordinary results. Our ideal candidate will oversee daily operations, focusing on proactive sales, marketing, customer service, and property maintenance.

Job Type: Full-Time 40 hours per week

Duties include, but are not limited to:

*Oversee day-to-day operations of site*Deliver excellent customer service (in-person, phone, and online)

*Process payments, balance receipts, pursue collections, post transactions, and process daily bank deposits with integrity

*Ensure the facility meets the highest cleanliness standards- cleaning units, sweeping, mopping, changing light bulbs etc.

*Perform job duties independently and with your team

Candidates must have a driver's license, own vehicle, and have insurance. Candidates must also be friendly, honest, hard-working, able to lift 40lbs and good with computers.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $17.00 per hour, onsite apartment and opportunity for bonuses

Assistant Managers are expected to drive profitable sales, maintain strong customer rapport, and work closely with the manager to achieve extraordinary results. Our ideal candidate will conduct daily operations, focusing on proactive sales, customer service, and property maintenance.

Job Type: 14-30 hours/week

Sundays: 10am-4pm
Mondays: 9am-6pm
Additional days 9am-6pm

Duties include, but are not limited to:

*Conduct day-to-day operations of site

*Deliver excellent customer service (in-person, phone, and online)

*Process payments, balance receipts, pursue collections, and post transactions with integrity

*Ensure the facility meets the highest cleanliness standards- cleaning units, sweeping, mopping, changing light bulbs etc.

*Perform job duties as indicated by manager

Candidates must have a driver's license, own vehicle and insurance. 

Candidates must also be friendly, honest, hard-working, able to lift 40lbs and good with computers.

Job Type: Part-time

Pay: $19.00 per hour and rental commissions
